Sotheby's will host its Magnificent Jewellery auction in June in two parts

Both auctions will present an assortment of extraordinary jewels from the likes of Cartier & Hemmerle

Magnificent Jewels and Noble Jewels: Part I will be open for bidding from 16–24 June, offering a broad selection of jewellery dating from the 19th century through to the present day and featuring spectacular jewels from the world’s most renowned jewelry houses, such as Cartier, Suzanne Belperron, René Boivin and Hemmerle. Extraordinary gemstones and diamonds of outstanding quality will also be presented.

Magnificent Jewels and Noble Jewels: Part II. will be held from 20–23 June, by appointment only. Featuring an extraordinary selection of rare and important coloured diamonds including ‘The Sunrise Diamond’ a 100.52 carat Fancy Intense Yellow diamond and iconic pieces from Cartier’s highly sought-after Art Deco period, this curated sale features extraordinary jewels for the most discerning collectors dating from the 19th century to the present day.
