Reliance Retail has chalked out plans to foray into the gem and jewellery sector. It will focus on setting up retail outlets, with plans to launch the first in Bangalore, during Diwali. Over the next two to three years it intends to set up a total of 400 such outlets across India. It also appears to have entered into a sourcing agreement with Rosy Blue.
