In a filing submitted with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Signet Jewelers has noted that its Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Bryan Morgan, has resigned on June 2, reports say. His resignation follows reasons of “violations of company policy unrelated to financial matters”, as mentioned in the filing, reports say.

Reports also say that Morgan was promoted to COO in January 2016 and earlier held the role of Executive VP of Supply Chain Management and Repair.
