A participation of 1330 runners was witnessed at the Kisna Diamond Marathon organised by Hari Krishna Group. There were 3 different categories 21K (Half Marathon), 10K and 6K (Joy Run).The race was flagged off at 5:45 AM at The Capital, BKC. Proper medical facilities and water points were available at designated points all along the route to attend to the runners and also keep them sufficiently hydrated.

The runners were geared up not only because it was a sports event but an event with a social cause of Swachh Bharat. There was a spirit of sportsmanship prevailing all through.

The awards were distributed by Chief Guest Shri Vishwanath Mahadeshwar (Hon. Mayor of Mumbai) and Mr. Sanjay Potnis (MLA, Government of Maharashtra).The winners were gifted with Kisna Diamond Jewellery,Gift Hampers,and Bicycles as per different categories.

Mr. Ghanshyam Dholakia the Managing Director of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. said, “This is the 2nd time we have organised the marathon and I’m overwhelmed by the response. It has been an incredible event and a great run for us. Every participant displayed sportsmanship and ran for a cause of Swachh Bharat. Our aim is to increase the contribution we make to help the society.”
