Kiran Gems Private Limited has recently reshuffled its group structure and made Kiran Exports BVBA an independent identity. With this development, the technical relation of any sort between both the above named companies has ended. The legal procedures pertaining to the same have completed in the recent past. Post the split both the entities would function as normal.

While Kiran Gems is Mumbai head-quartered, Kiran Exports BVBA is Belgium-based company and Vimal Lakhani is the Director. Kiran Exports BVBA primarily deals in rough diamonds and sells polished diamonds to the European market. The company has also won awards for the highest imports in Belgium from Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council of India in the past.
