Elections to Alrosa’s Boards unfolded over the past few days. Anton Siluanov, Finance Minister of the Russian Federation has been reelected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC ALROSA, following a vote.

During the Annual General Meeting of ALROSA’s Shareholders, the new Supervisory Board of the Company was elected. The meeting took place on June 30th 2016. The Chairman of the company’s Supervisory Board, the First Vice Chairman and the Vice Chairman were elected on August 5th.

Yegor Borisov, Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), was reelected as the First Vice Chairman and Alexander Galushka, Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East, was confirmed to continue as the Vice Chairman.
