Mirari launches Art Nouvelle-Art Deco Collection

diamond world news service

The latest collection from Mirari is an eclectic amalgamation of art and modernism, commemorating the art deco style of design, Art Nouvelle. The collection encapsulates this glamorous art form at its best using figurative representation of Persian, Oriental & architectural motifs distilled in rudimentary geometric essence and sharply defined outlines yet adding the hints of Indian glints.

There are hints of paisley which comes out very intricately defined. The detailing is done in a manner which not only gives it a royal essence but adds a different aura. The collection also echoes the Indian Dravidian architectural design which is clearly evident in maneuvering the mirage of different eras crafted together.

As Mira Gulati, the principal designer at Mirari explains, “This novel collection is the celebration of modern art amalgamated into classic beauty. The exclusivity of this segment is the mirage we have incorporated in stylising complexity into simple work of art. I was inspired after looking at various Persian masterpieces of how intricately detailed designs they have included in their work. We have tried to work on the similar lines by persevering the chic-look with the variant flavours of architectural designs.”
