An association of young entrepreneurs mainly balk, has been set up under the name South African Young Diamond Beneficiators' Guild, reports say. The purpose of this is to help start-ups led primarily by black entrepreneurs to cut and polish diamonds, as reported in a leading media. This would enable increase the employment rate in South Africa, where unemployment is around 25 percent, as per reports. The South African Young Diamond Beneficiators' Guild was launched at the recently concluded South African Diamond Indaba.
