Montblanc has diversified its portfolio into diamond jewellery for the women segment, after dishing out a successful line of luxury pens and leather goods for years. Early this year, it introduced its diamond jewellery range for women above the age of 30. The collection has contributed to 25 percent of Montblanc's turnover in Thailand, while its range of pens generated 50 percent and watches 25 percent.

Srocha Laysuwan, product manager for Mont Blanc, said, "We are confident that Montblanc can become an alternative luxury brand not only for pens but also for jewellery because of its brand's value and the good reputation after more than 100 years in the market. We've had a good response to our new jewellery in many countries."
