Knowledge sharing would be much in focus for the gem and jewellery industry at the Spectrum Seminars being organized alongside the India International Jewellery Show (IIJS) this year, reports say. The seminars would be held between August 6-10, 2015 and are being held by the organisers of the IIJS.

Subjects to be covered at the seminars include designing, manufacturing, retail, generic promotions, synthetics, the impact of digitization and the effective use of social media for marketing, as per reports. Panel discussions and talks by experts would unfold at the seminars. The themes of the seminars include: Imparting Knowledge through Digitization, Opportunities in the Middle East Market, Leverage your experience in USA Market, Single to Multi-Store, Structuring Family Business for Future Expansion, Impact of Mass Produced Synthetic Gem Diamonds on the Trade, Leverage your experience in UK Market, Bench Workshop on Inclusions in Natural and Synthetic Diamonds, Role Women can play in Gem & Jewellery Industry, Impact of Govt. Policies & Compliances affecting the trade, Triggering growth through Unity, Journey from Concept to Creation, Effective Use of Social Media & Ecommerce, as per reports.
