Rajesh Exports to firm acquisition at Board Meeting

Within a day, leading jewellery brand Rajesh Exports plans to close its decision on acquisition from some prospective companies, reports say. The company is holding a Board Meeting on July 2, reports say.

The company noted that it is seeking backward integration and has five to six companies in its perspective and would shortlist upon one in the Meeting, reports add.

Recently there were media reports that Rajesh Exports may buy a stake in a Swiss gold refinery. About a month ago, the company had noted plans to consider an acquisition in Europe in its Board meeting on July 2. The company is setting up its European unit, reports add.
