diamond world news service

Stellar Diamonds announced that the first two small exports of the Baoulé diamond production, of approximately 2,350 carats, have now been prepared and are ready for sale. Though rough diamond prices have been soft since Q4-14, some producers have indicated that prices may now be stabilising.

Stellar will now offer the Baoulé goods, as well as other diamond inventory from other projects of approximately 3,700 carats, for sale in Antwerp, which when sold will represent first revenues from the planned cycle of exports during 2015 from Baoulé.
