Winsome Diamonds & Jewellery announced that its Board of Directors has approved closure of the company’s industrial unit in Goa, reports say. The Board made the announcement at a meeting held on 20 December 2014, with a required majority in favour of it. The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) of the same, reports say.
