Since the launch of the website and mobile app in India four months ago, KGK Diamonds has experienced a remarkable ten-fold increase in user adoption compared to its previous online platform.
Both digital platforms offer an intuitive interface that allows for easy navigation, detailed product information, and the ability to view each diamond’s specific characteristics via high-quality visuals, including photos and videos. Intuitive filters enable users to sort and compare stones, providing a comprehensive and user-friendly buying experience.
