Robbery of Rs 2 crore worth of diamonds at Opera House

Diamonds worth around Rs 2 crore were stolen from the office of 'Maa Kripa Enterprises' in Modi Chambers at Opera House, Mumbai, recently. The robbers used duplicate keys to break the office entry and also used a gas cutter to break open the safe which contained the diamonds. They also broke security systems like CCTV cameras, reports say. The robbery, which took place over the weekend was not detected until the diamond trader opened office on the following working day, reports suggest. The matter is being investigated by the local police, reports say.
