Tanishq taps demand with promotions on Akshaya Tritiya

Tanishq, the jewellery arm of the Tata Group is presenting various promotional offers to tap jewellery demand on the day of Akshaya Tritiya.

Akshaya Tritiya is an Indian festival which marks the welcoming of prosperity into one’s life and business. On this day, gold is symbolically bought, as the yellow metal is believed to be the mark of prosperity and auspiciousness. This year the festival will be celebrated on April 24, 2012.

Tanishq will be offering a free gold coin with every jewellery purchase. Also, for those who purchase diamond jewelry Rs 2 lacs and above, there is a 10 percent discount being offered. The retail brand offers jewellery which is centric to blending contemporary and traditional appeal of the modern consumer. Its range of gold jewellery consist of pure 22 karat gold and studded jewellery range.

This new launch is also expected to pep up the Akshaya Tritiya sales at Tanishq.
