Gold prices touch $1,910 an ounce

Prices of gold touched $1,910 an ounce for international spot gold. This is a record high for a fourth consecutive session, reports state. In India, gold prices reached a new peak of Rs 28,265. The uncertain situation in the U.S. and European markets are creating much push towards gold as a safe haven.

Market analysts predict that the rising pattern of gold prices could well lead prices to touch around $2,000 an ounce.
