Tiffany & Co. appoints management leaders

Patrick F. McGuiness will be taking on the role of senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of Tiffany & Co. Also, James N. Fernandez is appointed as the chief operating officer (COO) for Tiffany & Co.

McGuiness be involved in looking into accounting, treasury, financial planning and financial services along with investor relations program. He has been part of the company since 1990 and during the years has held management positions within the finance and merchandising divisions.

Fernandez has served as chief financial officer of the company since 1989, further promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer in 1998. He joined the company in 1983 serving in area of diamond operations, real estate operations, distribution, manufacturing, customer service and security.
