A takeover for Tahera?

The industry buzz circling Tahera Diamond Corp is that its takeover seems to be forthcoming, after its shares unexpectedly scaled by a whooping 30.8% last week. Recently, Tahera had announced that it plans to offer $36.7 million of shares. It had also reached a deal with Tiffany and Nuna Logistics to convert debt into shares. Mentioning about the speculation, Tahera issued a statement stating that “it is not aware of any corporate developments that would impact the trading of the stock."
