The world’s number one fine jewellery event, the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair, organised by UBM Asia, celebrates its 35th anniversary in 2017. Since its launch in 1983, this premier jewellery event attracts over 55,700 buyers from all over the world. During this seven-day event, Hong Kong transforms into the world’s jewellery trading hub, where over 3,600 exhibitors from 55 countries and regions unveil fashion-forward creations and the finest diamonds and gemstones. AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) houses all kinds of jewellery raw materials including diamonds, gemstones and pearls. Meanwhile, the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) houses fine finished jewellery, packaging, and tools & equipment. In addition, there are theme pavilions in both venues that feature specific product categories.
