Chow Tai Fook, the leading jewellery retailer is looking at targeting the growing mass market with fashion and affordable jewellery, reports suggest. In this portfolio it plans to launch jewellery with Hello Kitty, Winnie the Pooh, Superman and the Angry Birds concepts, reports say.

The company intends to tap the consumers who are growing in awareness, benefiting with the economic growth and hold an attraction for gold, reports suggest. To sustain this, it is gearing up to be able to cater to the fast changing fashion trends of consumers, in which its ranges would be retailed in limited time periods and would see rotations and changes as per the trends.

China is witnessing an increase in urbanisation, liking for gold jewellery and a growing economy, reports suggest.
