The sale, taking place at the Peninsula Beverly Hills, offers collectors a rare chance to acquire items from the Oscar-winning actress’s personal collection.

Julien’s Auctions co-founder and executive director Martin Nolan described the event as more than just an auction, calling it “an invitation to step into the limelight and own a tangible piece of cultural history.”

Among the standout pieces is a ruby, diamond, and gold necklace and earring set, featuring a circular-cut diamond with a marquise-cut ruby and a gold lion’s face clasping a diamond hoop. The choker-style necklace is adorned with four strands of ruby beads, while the detachable earrings echo the gold lion motif. The set is estimated to fetch between $200,000 and $300,000.

Another highlight is an Art Deco emerald and diamond brooch from circa 1935. Designed with pavé-set scrollwork, old mine-cut and European-cut diamonds, and emerald accents, the brooch is framed in platinum and gold. Its estimated value ranges from $100,000 to $200,000.

Taylor’s gold and diamond evening purse, which she was seen carrying in Paris in 1964 alongside Richard Burton, is also up for bidding. Designed with a woven gold basket and a diamond “Liz” plaque, the handbag is expected to sell for between $100,000 and $200,000.

A diamond brooch gifted to Taylor by publisher Malcolm Forbes is included in the sale. Featuring pear-shaped diamond clusters and scroll-like bands of baguette-cut diamonds, the piece is valued between $20,000 and $30,000.

Also available is Taylor’s diamond and gold Star of David pendant necklace, designed by Theo Fennell. The piece, reflecting her Jewish faith, features a detachable swivel pendant in 18-karat yellow and white gold, suspended on a rope-style chain. The estimated auction price is between $20,000 and $30,000.

With these and other remarkable items on offer, the auction is expected to draw significant interest from collectors and fans of the late actress, whose jewellery collection remains one of the most celebrated in Hollywood history.
