JCK Las Vegas concludes on a satisfactory note

The 23rd JCK Las Vegas culminated with buyers and exhibitors expressing ‘joy’ at participating at the show. The show garnered a good response from buyers and many exhibitors felt the show delivered an opportunity for high business networking and sales. There was strong attendance, strong sales across all categories, exhibitors benefitting with over 3,000 number of new buyers and buyers appreciating the amount of new products presented.

JCK Las Vegas, North America's leading jewellery show, took place at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casin. It featured products from over 2,500 jewelry industry exhibitors.

This year the show was segmented into: fine jewellery at LUXURY, Elite Enclave and the newly renamed Prestige; luxury timepieces at Swiss Watch; innovative, artisan-quality jewellery at the Design Center; the main JCK show floor is home to AGTA, Watches, the VICENZAORO Italian Pavilion, Plumb Club, and Hong Kong. The varied networking opportunities, awards and seminars added to the show’s success. Some of the major highlights included: the inaugural LUXURY Retailer of the Year Award presented to Tom Schmitt, of Schmitt Jewelers; the Shark Tank at JCK competition between 6 of the industry's technology purveyors, with TracTech winning the award; Diamond Empowerment Funds' Diamonds in the Sky Event, featuring Chaka Khan; the Global Leadership Forum; the Plumb Club Breakfast and Evening Event; Michael B. "Essence of Excellence" Award; unveiling of the Design Center Top 50 Designer Retailers with top honours going to Z. Folio.
