Kristall of Smolensk records 17% sales growth

Optimistic for an increase in next three yaers

Kristall of Smolensk estimates to increase its sales by 17% during 2007, to value at US$400 million. Kristall �Russia�s largest diamond manufacturer is positioning for ist production to increase by 11-13% per annum. The growth figure although has the potential to increase to 25% per year, depending upon the availability of roughs, which it receives from Alrosa.

The company recorded a 39% increase in its sales during the first half of 2007. It estimates its sales to touch US$450 million in 2008, US$500 million in 2009 and US$560 by 2010.
