The jewellery is minimalistic and celebrates the bond of love

diamond world news service

Forevermark, the diamond brand from the De Beers group of companies has launched a new collection entitled Cornerstones™ - a celebration of true love. This collection is built on the concept of honouring the shared valued of one’s relation and as such each piece in the collection is crafted with a Forevermark diamond at the centre to represent the love upheld in the relation. The four corners of the design represent honesty, trust, respect and appreciation.

The design sensibilities are minimalistic; each piece featuring a Forevermark solitaire diamond held fast by four adorned prongs. It is a classic design with a renewed elegance, and adds further meaning to the Forevermark diamond that it heroes. As the prongs descend they take on a twist and taper, as they combine with the shank.

In the more elaborate version of the design, the prongs are further decorated along their internal edges with additional pavé, which continues onto the shank.

Diamonds have long been gifted to symbolise eternal love, usually given on milestone occasions. Cornerstones™ from Forevermark embodies this love and symbolises the uniqueness of love through the rarity of each Forevermark diamond. Cornerstones™ from Forevermark is available in a range of styles including rings, pendants and earrings, in Authorized Forevermark Jewellers from 1st September 2013.
