At the 2013 Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders of Dominion Diamond Corporation, seven directors were elected, namely - Graham G. Clow, Robert A. Gannicott, Noel Harwerth, Daniel Jarvis, Chuck Strahl, Tom Kenny and Manuel Lino Silva de Sousa-Oliveira, reports say.

The company owns 80 percent share in the Ekati diamond mine, along with 40 percent in Diavik mine, reports suggest
