Rosy Blue selects Sky Jewellery to sell new brand

Rosy Blue has signed on Middle Eastern jeweller Sky Jewellery as its exclusive retail partner for the Asta jewellery brand in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar region, according to a press release.

The new collection is designed specifically for women in the region, and will feature simple and dainty diamonds, available in 18K white and yellow gold, the company said.

Rosy Blue aims to capture 15 per cent of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) branded jewellery market share over the next five years. Its sales target is $300 million for the GCC region in 2007. The company's global sale of loose diamonds reached $1.7 billion in 2005, and is set to achieve a global sales target of $2 billion in 2006.
