Eden Rachminov receives Natural Color Diamond Association award

Was felicitated with the NCDIA Achievement Award for Education and Promotion of Natural Color Diamonds

At Natural Color Diamond Association’s (NCDIA) first award ceremony which took place recently, Eden Rachminov owner and managing partner of leading fancy color diamond manufacturer Rachminov Diamonds 1891 Ltd., was presented with the NCDIA Achievement Award for Education and Promotion of Natural Color Diamonds. The award was presented during NCDIA’s annual “Night of Color Diamonds Gala” in Manhattan. The event was attended by fashion gurus and media personalities such as Stacy London, consumer and trade media, rough diamond producers, diamond and jewelry manufacturers, designers and retailers. The awards were judged by a panel of industry associates from JCK, GIA and other institutions.

Rachminov was recognized for his devotion and efforts on behalf of natural color diamonds, for the variety of colors he promotes and for advancing awareness and knowledge about the field.

Rachminov, a third generation diamantaire, is considered a world authority on fancy color diamonds. In his efforts to enhance his expertise and educate the public about these rare stones, he has authored and published The Fancy Color Diamond Book, and has written articles in various trade and specialized publications, and is currently working on a second book on the subject.
