The Angolan government has authorized a mining joint venture between De Beers, Endiama and Miracel under a resolution that was published in a state gazette dated November 15, 2006, according to reports.

Angola�s Prime Minister Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos passed the resolution, which outlines various details of the agreement, including research and prospecting rights. The resolution also looks to encourage foreign investments into Angola�s growing mining sector.
