Rockwell Diamonds appoints Mark Bristow as non-executive chairman

Following David Copeland stepping down from the role of non-executive chairman at Rockwell Diamonds, the company has appointed Mark Bristow to take over the role. Prior to his new appointment, Bristow was serving as chief executive at the company for six months through May 2011. His contribution of initiating a strategic corporate review has led to initiatives to improve the production profile and enhance efficiencies.

Copeland will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Along with Bristow, Johan van't Hof has also been appointed as an independent, non-executive director to the board of the company.
