At the recent JCK Las Vegas Show, the management of the International Gem Tower received further interest from companies wanting to own office spaces in the facility. The tower is being constructed in the New York Diamond District. Sales have coincided with a significant increase in Midtown Manhattan property value. Bloomberg News reported in early June that "office values in the City are within 15 percent of their mid-2007 peak as real estate investors flock to the City expecting rent growth.

The IGT is slated to complete as per its schedule of end-2012. Units are available from $1.2 Million.
