Alrosa estimates sale in Q2'11 at around $1.25 billion

Alrosa achieved combined sales of rough and polished dimaonds worth $1.84 billion, in the first five months of 2011 (January – May 2011). The mining major, is estimating its sales in the second quarter of this year to touch around. It is also ambitious that if diamond prices continue to prevail at the current rate, it would achieve sales worth around $4.7 billion for the full year.
