FICCI to host Indo-Italian Business Partnership Seminar at Fiera di Vicenza

The focus is to encourage cooperation, bilateral trade

Accepting the invitation by Fiera di Vicenza, a high-level FICCI business delegation comprising of 30 members including leading retailers and wholesalers from India will be attending the fair, with the focus of promoting economic cooperation, bilateral trade, technology transfer, joint venture among others. Vicenza is the hub of jewellery manufacturing in Europe, and as such the fair is an opportunity for Indian businessmen to access the best of jewellery and technology in Italy and Europe.

The FICCI delegation will be led by Mr. Mehul Choksi, Chairman, FICCI Gems and Jewellery Committee and would include leading members - Mr. Prasad Kapre, Co-Chairman, FICCI Gems And Jewellery Committee, Mr. Nilesh Parekh, Chairman, Shree Ganesh Jewellery House Ltd.,Mr. Ishu Datwani , Partner , Anmol Jewellers.,Mr. Anil Talwar, Senior Partner, Talwarsons Jewellers.,Mr. Ashok Kaul, Sr. Vice President & Business Head – Reliance Jewels.,Mr. A.Shivaram, Head- Merchandising Tanishq, Titan Industries Limited, amongst others.

An agenda with B2B meetings, participation in an Indo – Italian Business Partnership Seminar titled INDIA, A NEW GLOBAL PLAYER organised by FICCI and Vicenza Trade Fair on 23rd May, is planned. This Seminar aims at creating a platform to discuss, deliberate, network and explore business opportunities.

Fiera di Vicenza is expected to host over 400 companies and 600 stalls showcasing top of the line Italian and European Jewellery.
