Clogau Gold churns intensive marketing drive

Being the jeweller for Catherine Middleton’s wedding band (made in welsh gold) when she marries Prince William at Westminster Abbey on April 29, Clogau Gold, Britain’s leading jewellery brand, has developed intensive retail and brand promotions, following its association with the Royal wedding. The marketing initiatives drive attention at Clogau’s association with the Royal ceremony.

Its designers have created a new wedding ring collection and other new collections with a royal and wedding theme. Marketing plans include – various international television promotions across UK, USA and Italy and Canada’s The Shopping Channel, selling on QVC shows. An intensive marketing programme at Heathrow’s Terminal 5 from April 25 to May 3, will involve Clogau’s representatives interacting with customers, advising them on purchases and the brand.

Clogau’sthree retail outlets will promote Royal-themed marketing promoting Clogau Gold as ‘The Gold of Royalty’. Clogau’s trading partner, cruise ship operator Harding Brothers, Clogau has taken on a selection of Clogau Gold’s wedding rings in addition to existing stock in preparation for the big wedding day.

Clogau has published advertisements in British Airways’s in-flight magazine, to tap flyers in and out of Manchester and London.
