THE American Dental Association recently brought out in one of their reports that wearing Grills can add a lot of shine and style to your smile but at the same time bling-wearers might risk tarnishing their teeth and gums!

The removable grill often made of gold, silver or jewel-studded precious metals, fits over the teeth and snaps into place. The grill can trap, food particles, could irritate gum tissue, and cause infection to the oral tissues and wear the enamel away on the opposing teeth.. The ADA report further advises to wear the dental jewellery for shorter periods, and most importantly, to remove them before eating.
