U.S. CPI for jewellery rises 3.9% in November

In the U.S., the consumer price index (CPI) for jewellery in November was up 3.9 percent to 166.57 points, which is also the seventh month in the current year when it has crossed 160 points. In comparison to October 2010, the CPI was up by four points. Prior to November, the CPI showed a high in September. The jewellery price index is based upon the reference point of average prices in 1986, which is set at 100 points.
