Avi Paz Group office to open in Shanghai Diamond Exchange

Leading diamond manufacturing company – Avi Paz Group is preparing to open an office at the Shanghai Diamond Exchange in China, by end-June 2010. Avi Paz, the President of the group and who also acts as president of the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) and president of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) said, "We are very excited about the fact that we are expanding our activities in the Chinese market. China is, by all means, one of the most exiting places to be in and the Chinese market is growing and developing in an extraordinary manner".

"The opening of the new office is due to the increasing interest of the local consumers in our diamonds. We are very happy to invest our resources in order to make sure we serve our clients in the best possible way", Mr. Paz added. Avi Paz Group’s Shanghai office will offer a vast inventory of Round, Pears and Fantasy Shaped Diamonds of varying sizes and colours, including fancy colours and larger stones of one carat and more, which are also available through Avi Paz's on – line inventory. This office will be the Group’s headquarters in China; complementing the group’s branch activities in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Globally, the Avi Paz Group is headquartered in Tel Aviv, with offices in Antwerp, Geneva, Hong Kong and China; and representatives on the East and West Coasts of the United States.
