Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have joined hands with UK-based jewellers Asprey, and will launch a line of gold and silver jewellery and accessories. The collection's sales proceeds will be donated to the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, an organisation co-founded by Jolie in 2006, reports say.

The jewellery collection will feature diamond-studded pendants, rings, baby spoons and picture frames. Every piece carries the motif of a serpant, an idea conceived by Jolie after being gifted a ring shaped as a snake at the time of her pregnancy with daughter Shiloh in 2006. The actress has named the collection as The Protector collection.

Pieces in the collection are priced at $525, reports say. The collection will be retailed at the Asprey outlets in London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Dubai.
