Titan Industries earned a net profit of Rs.77.6 crore in Q2

For the second quarter of the current fiscal that ended September 30, 2009, Titan Industries earned a net profit worth Rs.77.6 crore. When compared to the second quarter last year, net profits showed a decline of 11.63 percent, reports say. The company is a leading manufacturer of watches and jewellery.

The company’s total income increased by 4.7 percent to Rs.1,156.41 crore, while in the same period last year it was Rs.1,104.85 crore.
