Bonhams and Butterfields to organise 'Salon Jewelry’ auction

‘Salon Jewelry’ is an auction planned by Bonhams and Butterfields, the international auction house, during fall this year. The sale is slated for The Venetian in Las Vegas on September 21.

. Jewellery in diamonds and platinum, signature jewels and unique watches will make up the 400 lots to be put on auction. The watches will include the Clavius Collection. The jewellery line includes a piece from a private Las Vegas collection, a three-stone diamond ring and a marquis-cut diamond solitaire ring, worth $4,000 and $6,000, respectively; a sapphire ring of $3,000 and a diamond ring worth $5,000; a ruby and diamond bracelet. Brands to feature in the auction include Bulgari, Cartier, Hermes, Patek Philippe, Ruser, Tiffany and Co., and Van Cleef and Arpels.

Prior to the auction, a public viewing of the lots is being arranged at various locations in the country.
