Modern Jeweler, a gem and jewellery publication since 180 years has decided to suspend activities. The magazine enjoyed a popular readership and editorial contributions from renowned retailers and manufacturers of the industry, during its tenure.

The publication is scouting for a buyer to take the venture forward; otherwise would have to make the August issue of Modern Jeweler as the last to be published. The management thanked those involved in the making of every magazine issue and hoped industry support would help revive Modern Jeweler once again, reports say.
