JA and Jewelers Mutual form a strategic alliance

The effort will build products and services for the retail jewellery industry

In the interest of the retail jewellery industry, Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company and Jewelers of America (JA) have come together in a strategic alliance, through which they will develop better products and services for the retail jewellers. Both entities will share knowledge and expertise in aspects of business management, insurance issues and retail strategy.

JA will exclusively endorse Jewelers Mutual’s commercial and personal jewellery insurance products. Jewelers Mutual will support the projects of JA through sponsorship and funds and will allow the JA members free access to its security training courses and free supplies. Jewelers Mutual has identified the first of the projects as the Jewelers of America Bench Certification Scholarship programme.
