Godrej Security Solutions Division, a part of the $3 billion Godrej Group, held a well-attended press conference on March 12 at the Taj Land’s End, Mumbai. The division which currently exports its products to more than 40 countries, sought to disseminate intelligent security solutions which are absolutely essential in the current insecure business environment. With jewellers’ shops especially being targeted by organised crime, the security measures being provided by Godrej have become imperative.

The chief guest at the function was the well-known film director, Nagesh Kukunoor, who has used several products of the company in his thriller film, ‘8 x 10 Tasveer’, which is due to be released soon. Kukunoor remarked that he had used the products of Godrej Security Solutions, “because I was looking for an association which could promote the film without compromising the script.” The security measures being provided by the company could be used by jewellers to contain the crime wave against the industry.
