Participating investors of the Morgan Stanley Technology Conference will be presented with a briefing on Blue Nile – the brand by the company’s chief executive officer (CEO) - Diane Irvine, and Marc Stolzman, the company's chief financial officer (CFO). Blue Nile has announced its fiscal-year results on February 18, 2009, according to which it faced a sip in its sales by 8 percent amounting to $295.3 million. Its net income fell by a large 34 percent to $11.6 million. Citing this, the conference could be a potential marketing platform for the company to see some silver lining in the midst of the tough financial situations.

The retail giant has arranged for a live audio webcast of the presentation through the weblink http://investor.bluenile.com.

The Morgan Stanley Conference is scheduled to take lace at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California on March 2, 2009.
