CEO at Sarin Technologies steps down

The chief executive officer (CEO) at Sarin Technologies - Zeev Leshem has turned in his papers and will resign from his position with effect from December 31. The company has not made any permanent replacement for its outgoing CEO, although its executive committee of the Board will temporarily assume the said responsibilities till the time an appropriate replacement is sought.

According to a company statement, the resignation conforms to the strategy set by the Board of Directors, as also to the short and long term goals of the company in view of the current market slowdown.

Another resignation that came across at Sarin is that of its non-executive director Aharon Shapira, who resigns with immediate effect.
