C&A Diamonds merges with Simon Golub

The merger was worth $22.7 million

C & A Diamonds International, the bridal and loose diamond division of Shrenuj & Co. has merged with Simon Golub, a fine jewellery manufacturer, importer and distributor, in a deal which valued $22.7 million in 2007.

In the new management profile, C & A founder and president Matt Carlozzi will be the president of the independent division for Simon Golub and Sons. The latter will undertake all operations for C & A. The merger will enable Simon Golub strengthen its portfolio in loose diamonds and diamond jewellery.
