2008 will mark 25th year of IIJS

This year is the 25th anniversary year of the India International Jewellery Show organised by GJEPC, which is building the anticipation of the show to be even more successful than 2007. The event is slated to be held between August 7 - 11 in Mumbai.

According to estimates participation of around 30,000 trade visitors is expected. International exhibitors will be around 250, while 500 Indian companies and other exhibitors would set up their presentations. Also to be seen would be trade bodies - World Gold Council, Platinum Guild International and mining such as Rio Tinto, Diamond Trading Company. Last year the event generated business worth $700 million.
