Alia Bhatt sizzles at Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition

The 18th Edition of the Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition launched

Acclaimed to be the longest running and most anticipated exhibition in Qatar’s annual calendar of business events, the Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition 2022 commenced yesterday at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre. Organised by Qatar Tourism, it is scheduled till Saturday, May 14.

This edition of DJWE features Bollywood superstar Alia Bhatt as the brand ambassador and face of the event. The exhibition has more than 500 brands from over 10 countries in addition to exclusive pavilions from Turkey and India. This much anticipated event is showcasing an extensive display of classic and contemporary luxury collections by internationally recognised brands and designers as well as local designers. The event for the first time has planned workshops, jewellery-themed film screenings at the DJWE Lounge. In its tradition of supporting Qatari designers, DJWE has a dedicated floor space to shed light on 10 unique local talents. The Young Qatari Designer initiative features a number of upcoming local talents and entrepreneurs. The previous edition of DJWE witnessed 129 exhibitors from 14 countries participating, and more than 32,000 visitors from 175 countries attending.
