Some of the salient features of their high-performance building are as follows:

1. Our building is 31% more energy efficient than a building of similar size and type as per ECBC (Energy Conservation Building Code of India) 2017.
2. It saves 32% water by installation of water-efficient plumbing fixtures and treats 100% of its waste water.
3. Cumulatively, this accounts for a savings of more than 50 lacs/annum and a GHG reduction of 365 tons or 40,000 trees.
4. A 520 kW on-site solar installation generates around 5,75,000 kWh/annum which is equivalent to reducing 480 tons of CO2e.
5. Almost 75% of our regularly occupied spaces receive natural daylight, thereby reducing the lighting consumption and saving energy.

“While building the factory we had planned to create an eco-friendly unit solar panels green energy for the building. With the help of our architect we planned the factory accordingly. Priyansh Shah, our director in Surat was working closely with the architect,” informs Ankit Shah.

The company took several well-thought out steps to build an environment -friendly factory building.
