Vakrangee buys stake in PC Jeweller for Rs. 112 crore

Banking and financial services provider Vakrangee Ltd today purchased 20 lakh shares of PC Jeweller for a little over Rs. 112 crore through an open market transaction.

The bulk deal data available with NSE showed that Vakrangee bought 20 lakh shares, amounting to 0.51 per cent stake in the jewellery major.

The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs. 561.71, valuing the transaction at Rs. 112.34 crore.

The seller(s) of the shares could not be ascertained immediately.

PC Jeweller stock ended the day on NSE at Rs. 562, up 1.86 per cent from the previous close.
